The Scottish Government conducts its tender process electronically using the eSourcing Scotland System. Most Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Invitations To Tender will be issued electronically and suppliers will use the system to submit their responses (completed pre-qualification questionnaires and tender documents) electronically.
The electronic tendering service is provided through the Scottish Government's participation in the eProcurement programme.
If you would like to receive a dummy Invitation To Tender, please email eprocurement@scotland.gsi.gov.uk asking for the 'Demonstrator ITT'.
