CGCoPE intend to put in place a collaborative Framework Agreement for the provision of Media Buying & Planning. It is proposed that the new Framework will commence on 1 April 2011 for a 4 year period.
This will replace the current Framework Agreement, provided by MediaCom Scotland Ltd, which covers Media Buying and Planning for Television, Radio, Press, Cinema, Outdoor and Online.
CGCoPE have contacted the Scottish Government, Agencies, NDPBs and each of the Centres of Expertise to establish interest in this service.
