"As part of the drive for reform across the public procurement sector in Scotland, the Scottish  Government has set up a new website to provide users with a means of learning more about the new Central Government Centre of Procurement Expertise (CG CoPE) which has been established to lead, conduct and facilitate collaborative procurement activity for the Scottish central government sector.

"The development of this new website will support more effective collaboration with a dynamic communications tool which allows individual agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies to communicate with each other and share information on the full range of procurement and supply issues.
The site gives users access to the latest developments in procurement, links to CG CoPE organisations and includes a section aimed specifically at suppliers – providing guidance on how to sell to the public sector in Scotland."
