The whole ethos of making this website available is to encourage regular communication and feedback from all users, members and suppliers.
We welcome comments on the website itself, how it has been constructed, its sections, sub-sections and the information it contains. Comments are also welcome on the Central Government Centre of Procurement Expertise (CGCoPE) organisation and the ongoing work and development of the team.
Response times will be within 5 working days from receipt of these comments and these should be addressed to info@cgcopescotland.gov.uk and for the attention of the website administrator.
CGCoPE website - Guidance on input of information
1. Comments made should be clear, concise and, in the main, constructive. By all means send us your views but please try to be positive in your response and in the task of helping all of us to move this type of communication forward.
2. Please bear in mind the other readers of this document (many in small organisations) who do not have dedicated procurement resources and are looking for assistance and professional advice from CGCoPE.
3. It is also important to remember that, inevitably with such a document, we need to adhere to PR rules of publication. Certain articles, views and opinions will require to have the approval of the SG Press Office before publication.
4. When submitting questions please allow up to 5 days for a response as we may have to conduct research or contact other people in order to obtain an answer for you.
5. Articles and comments, which are submitted anonymously, cannot be considered.
